Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Award Grant Specialist to support the proposal, preparation, and submission of grants and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sponsored project proposal development, including budget preparation and internal approvals
• Analyze data within various sponsor and university proposal-related systems
• Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses and follow-ups related to grant processes

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (MA) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• No specific license or certification required
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid model if located near Lexington, KY
• Willingness to work additional hours during peak deadline times
