Pre-Award Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead/Grant Services (Pre-Award Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise a pre-award team of four to six members within the Collaborative Grant Services department
• Serve as the first point of contact for compliance review for pre-award sponsored research activities
• Develop and conduct training programs for team members on policies and procedures related to sponsored projects

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree (MA) required
• Five years of related experience in grant services or research administration
• Expert understanding of sponsor project proposal submission processes and university policies
• Project management skills for large and complex proposal submissions
• No specific licenses or certifications required, but knowledge of federal grant regulations is preferred
