A company is looking for an Arc Pre-Billing Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare timely, accurate, and detailed charge calculations for SaaS Product Services and related Professional services
Assemble itemized calculations and supporting documentation for billing and bookkeeping purposes
Coordinate the distribution of supporting data for validation with various teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 1+ years of applicable work experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and macros
High-level functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office applications and Adobe
Flexibility in schedule for potential overtime during peak billing cycles
Ability to quickly learn specialized software related to the position
