Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the pre-boarding pipeline, ensuring candidates complete all required steps on schedule
- Coordinate completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks and documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and follow-ups as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative process management
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS preferred
