Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Boarding Operations Coordinator to manage the hiring pipeline and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pre-boarding pipeline, ensuring candidates complete all required steps on schedule
  • Coordinate completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks and documentation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing guidance and follow-ups as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative process management
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS preferred
