Pre-Construction Planning Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Construction Planning Lead, Commercial and Program Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the planning and standardization of Commercial Deliverables of the PreCon services, including governance
• Drive the creation and implementation of a front-end execution plan at the commencement of projects
• Lead negotiation of staffing and supply at the campus level, including procurement planning and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• 8 years of experience in data center construction
• 8 years of project controls experience in the critical pre-construction and project startup phases
