Job Summary

Owning the candidate pre-employment experience, the full-time Pre-Employment Specialist will manage the entire pre-employment process, serve as the primary contact for candidates, and ensure the timely completion of new hire paperwork and orientation scheduling in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the pre-employment process and serve as the main point of contact for candidates
  • Communicate company, department, and position details to new hires prior to their start date
  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork and activities
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or certificate in business, human resources, marketing, or a healthcare-related field, or two additional years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of two years of human resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
