Key Responsibilities

• Supports the preparation of pre-foreclosure files by compiling required documents and building foreclosure folders
• Ensures foreclosure files are complete and ready for review according to internal procedures and investor guidelines
• Manually enters property inspection results and tracks document completion and status updates

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, or a related operational role
• Basic understanding of pre-foreclosure processes and documentation
• Familiarity with regulatory and investor guidelines preferred
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
• High school diploma or equivalent required
