Pre-Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Foreclosure Specialist, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and complete all pre-foreclosure tasks accurately and on time, including breach processing and preparing foreclosure referrals
• Communicate with internal teams, attorneys, and outside vendors throughout the pre-foreclosure process
• Perform pre-foreclosure due diligence to ensure compliance with state, federal, and investor requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in mortgage servicing, default servicing, portfolio management, and pre-foreclosure
• Comprehensive knowledge of FHA and VA loans, including regulatory and investor-specific requirements
• High level of technical expertise related to pre-foreclosure activities
