Job Summary

A company is looking for a Servicing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of Pre-Foreclosure Associates, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines
• Coordinates work activities to meet operational requirements and supports team training
• Monitors compliance with Foreclosure timelines and manages staff performance through reviews and goal setting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Default and/or Foreclosure
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of MSP with at least 2 years of recent experience
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
