Job Summary
To support a dynamic mortgage servicing team, the full-time Pre-Foreclosure Team Lead will manage workflow adherence, oversee production standards, and conduct team huddles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating procedures and production/workflow reporting for the Pre-Foreclosure group
- Ensure compliance with government, investor, and client guidelines through auditing and updating procedures
- Conduct daily team meetings to prioritize workflow and discuss production results and company updates
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of foreclosure, loss mitigation, or mortgage/real estate experience required
- Expert knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulations specific to foreclosure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work overtime as required to meet deadlines
