Pre-Funding QC Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Quality Control Employees, the full-time Pre-Funding QC Manager will manage the pre-funding audit workflow, communicate audit results, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pipeline and pre-funding audit workflow for Retail and Correspondent Lending channels
• Provide feedback on pre-funding audits, assist in developing action plans, and monitor their completion
• Lead and develop the QC team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Mortgage Industry or a related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous leadership experience is required
• Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
