Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Imaging Services Coordinator (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Pre-Imaging Services functions, ensuring meticulous appointment preparation and exceptional patient care
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve complex issues and assist with day-to-day activities
• Provide training and support to Pre-Imaging Services Representatives and monitor performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One to three years of experience in a healthcare, clerical, or call center environment
• Minimum of one year as a Senior Pre-Imaging Services Representative with acceptable performance evaluation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable high-speed internet
• Equipment will be provided for remote work, including a VPN device
