Job Summary

Resolving complex consumer issues, the remote Pre-License Support Specialist will assist policyholders with billing inquiries and policy changes while providing guidance to first-level representatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level matters
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Support policyholders with requested policy changes and provide recommendations as needed
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
