Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative to assist policyholders and resolve consumer issues in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
  • Provide support to policyholders with any requested policy changes


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
