Job Summary
Resolving complex consumer issues, the remote Pre-Licensed Customer Service Specialist will assist policyholders with billing inquiries and policy changes while providing support to first-level representatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level matters
- Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns
- Support policyholders by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
