Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Licensing Training Agent - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues
• Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns
• Provide support to policy holders with any policy changes requested

Qualifications

• Must be located in Florida, Mississippi or Texas
• Cannot currently or previously held an Insurance License before
• Must be eligible to obtain a License within your state
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
