Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Pre-Licensed Insurance Agent will resolve complex consumer issues, assist policyholders with billing questions, and provide support for policy changes while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level matters
• Assist policyholders with billing inquiries and concerns
• Support policyholders with requested policy changes and provide recommendations as needed

Required qualifications

• Must be located in FL, MS, or TX only
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
