Pre-Sale Bid Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sale Bid Reviewer (GSE), Field Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan history, photo documentation, and completion reports while ensuring compliance with client and vendor tasks
• Respond to communications from vendors and clients, maintaining relationships to support business success
• Review and submit bids to ensure they meet investor/insurer guidelines and client expectations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous office and computer experience required
• Strong PC and Internet navigation skills
• Intermediate typing and Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Basic knowledge of mortgage terms preferred
