Pre Sales Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Sales Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for hardware solutions and collaborate with the Hardware Maintenance Technical Support Team
• Provide technical advice to clients and support the sales team during customer visits
• Manage IBM license orders and assist in configuring hardware and software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales or service delivery role
• Engineering or technical experience with a desire to transition into a pre-sales role
• Knowledge of managed infrastructure services
• IBM hardware knowledge is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
