Pre-Sales Engineer - BAS

Job Summary

Supporting the South Atlantic team, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Engineer - BAS will lead project development and costing for building automation solutions, providing technical sales assistance and managing project estimates and proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the pre-sales development process for Metasys BAS solutions, coordinating with sales and operations teams
• Administer project development processes, ensuring accurate cost estimates and technical support throughout the sales cycle
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to optimize project execution and pricing

Required qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in controls sales/operations with HVAC systems and BAS project cost development
• Ability to work on US restricted projects
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated computer and analytical skills
• Experience in JCI installation operations as an Application Engineer or Installation Sales (preferred)
