Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery calls to identify customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Co-author Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure gross profit protection on professional services
- Design Microsoft solutions integrating M365, Azure, and CMMC controls while maintaining project documentation and delivery handoff
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years in a pre-sales or solutions architect role within a Microsoft partner environment
- Hands-on working knowledge of Autotask and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure fundamentals
- Familiarity with CMMC and federal compliance frameworks
- Experience in co-authoring SOWs with a focus on scope accuracy and gross profit discipline
- A small-business-owner mentality with the ability to disqualify bad-fit opportunities
