Job Summary
To support the growth of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Business Central practice area, a full-time Pre-Sales Solution Architect will manage new business sales of AI Business Solutions, architecting and demonstrating Dynamics 365 capabilities to clients and prospects while collaborating closely with the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to qualify prospect accounts and gather client business requirements
- Architect solutions that align functional business requirements with Dynamics 365 Business Central and related Microsoft platforms
- Document client requirements and communicate them to the delivery team for seamless project transitions
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, MIS, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of solution-based selling experience in a business-to-business environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience using AI tools in client environments
- Proven track record of selling million-plus dollar contracts
