Pre-Sales Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to provide expertise in supporting customers with data and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough discovery and analysis to understand prospects' unmet needs
• Provide presentations and demonstrations to showcase how solutions meet customer needs
• Support customer API implementation and ongoing troubleshooting of subscribed API solutions

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in a customer-facing position, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Solution Engineering in a B2B technology environment
• Familiarity with data solution technologies including HTML, JSON, XML, Web Services, REST, and APIs
• Experience working with IT professionals and software developers
• Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering technical information to clients
