Job Summary
To support the sales team, the full-time Pre-Sales Solution Engineer will engage with clients to understand their needs, present technical solutions, and assist in the development of proposals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their technical needs
- Present and demonstrate technical solutions tailored to client specifications
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop proposals and support the sales process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role
- Strong understanding of software and hardware solutions relevant to the industry
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
