Job Summary

Experienced and adaptable, the full-time Pre-sales Solution Manager will lead customers through solution discovery, evaluation, and successful selection of Dragonboat in a remote capacity while collaborating closely with product and sales teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Own all aspects of the solution selection process, including discovery, demos, evaluations, and technical validation to achieve technical wins
  • Lead deep discovery to understand customer product operating models and design tailored demonstrations aligned to their needs
  • Partner with Account Executives to shape technical win strategy and influence deal progression
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Ops, or strategy leader in technology organizations
  • 2+ years' experience in client-facing roles like sales, consulting, or account management
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, portfolio management, and product delivery workflows
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Aha
  • High agency, fast learning, and a bias for applied learning in AI and agentic tools
