Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Account teams to understand customer goals and technical environments
• Lead technical discovery sessions and present solution designs to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with platform capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles within the SaaS/Cloud space
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, and modern application architectures
• Solid understanding of Identity and cloud security frameworks
• Experience using integration methodologies (REST API, JSON, scripting) is desirable
