Pre-Sales Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather software integration and automation requirements using REST APIs
• Design and document custom integration and automation processes, including effort estimates and service contracts
• Present solution designs and proposals to customers and collaborate with post-sales architects to validate designs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales technical role, such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect
• Proficiency in REST APIs and solution architecture
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in backend software development is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and presenting solution proposals confidently
