A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant, HCM Mid-Market.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to support prospects during their evaluation of the HCM Business Suite
Understand technical requirements and convey the business value of the HR product suite
Manage technical demonstrations and POCs tailored to prospects' business objectives

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or related systems
Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
Experience as an HR practitioner is a plus
Self-starter with a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build and maintain technical content for customer success
