Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing presence in the People Analytics space, the part-time Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant will deliver dynamic platform demonstrations, create tailored use cases, and collaborate with Account Executives on RFPs, all while working remotely in the Pacific or Mountain US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver high-impact, live platform demonstrations tailored to prospective customers' HR challenges
• Create custom content and metrics to showcase specific HR scenarios within the platform
• Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex RFPs and respond to product queries

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience in the People Analytics domain, with a strong understanding of HRIS landscapes and data structures
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales role, with a focus on building excitement around product value
• Ability to translate complex analytics and metrics for various stakeholders, including HR leaders and IT buyers
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment while managing multiple priorities
