Job Summary
Promoting and selling solutions within an assigned customer base, the full-time Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant will provide expert consulting on technology solutions and enhance client relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Represent existing solutions to effectively consult with clients and design revenue growth proposals throughout the sales cycle
- Coach internal partners on client needs analysis and optimal positioning of solutions
- Consult with Sales and Marketing to develop strategies that enhance the value of Employer Services solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a relevant discipline; equivalent experience will be considered
- 5+ years of experience in technology solutions selling, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM) or HR-related solutions
- Knowledge of HR services, talent management, or compliance-related areas
- Strong project management skills and results-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to present creative problem-solving using analytical skills
