Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of customer issues, performing root cause analysis and ensuring resolution
Triage and debug customer issues during POCs, implementations, and production phases
Assist in training for POCs and implementations, contributing to knowledge bases

Required Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment
Understanding of APIs, SDKs, cloud computing, and software architecture
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and microservices architectures
Experience with mobile app development and knowledge of related technologies is a plus
