Job Summary
Partnering closely with the sales team, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer will lead technical demos, manage proof-of-concept projects, and translate complex technical concepts for prospects in order to demonstrate how Prismatic's integration platform meets their needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, demos, and technical closures
- Become a domain expert on Prismatic's platform to effectively engage with engineering leaders and stakeholders
- Scope and execute end-to-end proof-of-concept projects, establishing success criteria and driving customer engagement
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in a solutions, sales, or pre-sales engineering role at a B2B software company
- Hands-on experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL, webhooks) and familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both engineering and executive audiences
- Experience in managing the technical aspects of sales from initial conversation to deal closure
- Fluent with modern AI tools and their application in technical sales environments
