Job Summary
Passionate about solving complex business problems, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer will partner with sales teams and engage with C-level executives to drive enterprise deals, demonstrating the value of Atlassian products and identifying opportunities for solution expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams and partners on transformation deals for large global accounts
- Lead value-based demonstrations and articulate the benefits of Atlassian software to customers
- Document product feedback and competitive intelligence, advocating for development improvements internally
Required qualifications
- Experience in pre-sales or technical sales roles, preferably in software solutions
- Strong understanding of Atlassian products and solutions
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build long-term relationships
- Ability to identify customer pain points and map solutions effectively
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to support customer goals
