Job Summary
To support a growing global sales team, the remote Pre Sales Solutions Engineer will provide technical expertise, create customer-facing presentations, and manage client onboarding processes while driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Consult prospective clients to understand their use-cases and recommend optimal implementations of Jumio's solutions
- Create and lead technical presentations and assist in completing solution presentations, RFPs, and RFIs
- Manage customer onboarding from initial meetings to Go Live, providing technical and functional expertise throughout the process
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in SaaS Enterprise-level technical pre-sales, implementation management, or consulting roles
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to interact across all levels of enterprise customers
- In-depth technical knowledge of web and mobile programming languages and operating systems
- Experience in a fast-paced growth environment, comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver customized demos on various platforms
