Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Solutions Manager will design and deliver tailored product demos, manage the pilot experience for prospects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the pre-sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored product demos based on prospect needs
- Own the end-to-end user experience during the pilot period, including setup and training
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve pre-sales and pilot processes
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience presenting and demoing software products to business stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is an advantage
- Experience in legaltech, professional services, or compliance-sensitive industries is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
