Pre-Sales Systems Engineer

Job Summary

As a Pre-Sales Systems Engineer in Eastern Saudi Arabia, the full-time remote position will focus on architecting data solutions for major organizations, driving digital transformation, and collaborating with account managers to enhance customer experiences and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer business drivers and decision-making processes
• Deliver technical presentations and manage evaluations, benchmarks, and system configurations to secure client wins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that drive new business and enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, design, and communications, preferably in enterprise storage or cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of multi-tiered client/server architecture and emerging storage technologies
• Experience in leading responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Familiarity with Linux, AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern web architectures
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
