Job Summary
Answering incoming consumer calls, the full-time Pre Screen Assessment Specialist will manage inquiries, process referrals, and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer inquiries following established protocols
- Transfer or refer consumers to appropriate entities based on guidelines
- Track and document all inquiries and escalate issues to designated staff as needed
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
