Pre Screen Assessment Specialist

Job Summary

Answering incoming consumer calls, the full-time Pre Screen Assessment Specialist will manage inquiries, process referrals, and ensure compliance with confidentiality policies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to consumer inquiries following established protocols
• Transfer or refer consumers to appropriate entities based on guidelines
• Track and document all inquiries and escalate issues to designated staff as needed

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-6 months of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
