Pre-Service Center Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Service Center (PSC) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial clearance activities, including patient demographic and insurance verification
• Obtain referral authorizations and pre-certifications for scheduled services
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve financial clearance issues and ensure timely access to care

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications preferred
• At least one year of registration experience with advanced knowledge of insurance payers
• Strong understanding of healthcare insurance and terminology
• Experience with Epic software is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry
