A company is looking for a Manager Pre-Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-Authorization and Insurance Verification processes for physician and hospital services
• Lead and develop staff while fostering an inclusive workplace and encouraging teamwork
• Initiate and manage change processes to improve operational efficiency and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in a related field
• No licensure or certification required
• Understanding of principles, procedures, and regulations related to specialized expertise
