Key Responsibilities

• Manage Pre-Authorization and Insurance Verification processes for physician and hospital services
• Lead and develop a team to meet organizational goals and improve performance
• Initiate and manage change processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in a related field
• No licensure or certification required
