Job Summary

Managing the Pre-Authorization and Insurance Verification process, the full-time remote Pre-Services Manager will oversee patient financial services, lead a team towards organizational goals, and drive change initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all Pre-Authorization and Insurance Verification activities for physician and hospital services, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Lead and develop team members, fostering an inclusive workplace that encourages performance and collaboration
• Initiate and manage change processes, communicating effectively to ensure commitment and support for organizational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in a related field
• Understanding of principles, procedures, regulations, and policies related to the specialized expertise
