Pre-Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Services Representative - I.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine and verify insurance coverage and authorizations for services
• Schedule and manage outpatient treatments and diagnostic services
• Communicate financial responsibilities to patients and collect payments

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• No prior experience required
• Preferred experience with hospital authorizations and health insurance knowledge
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
