Pre-Tax Account Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting client retention and satisfaction, the full-time remote Pre-Tax Account Specialist will provide exceptional customer service for Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) clients, resolve complex issues, and assist with plan administration.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional phone and email support for CDH clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive follow-up
• Partner with Relationship Managers to assist with renewals, client retention efforts, and ongoing account management activities
• Maintain administrative system settings for accurate plan administration and compliance, while also supporting client education and training needs

Required qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in claims administration, customer service, account support, or benefits administration
• Experience with Alegeus or similar benefit administration platforms
• Working knowledge of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA administration, and HIPAA compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to creating positive client experiences
