Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Underwriting Specialist/Loan Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Identify documentation gaps early and communicate required items
Review and pre underwrite supporting documentation to support loan eligibility
Perform advanced income analysis and assess borrower risk profiles

Required Qualifications

7+ years of mortgage processing or underwriting experience
Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
Skilled at interpreting mortgage guidelines comparable to an underwriter
Excellent math and analytics skills
