Job Summary

A company is looking for a Precision Engagement Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize Azure DevOps project structures, dashboards, and sprints while maintaining backlog hygiene
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage standardized frameworks for project workflows
Develop and maintain playbooks for AI-driven omnichannel workflows and create progress tracking dashboards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Operations, IT, or a related field
3+ years of experience in project management, digital operations, or omnichannel execution
Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar enterprise PM tools
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to document complex process flows
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration platforms; Power BI experience is a plus
