Precision Medicine Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Precision Medicine Operations Lead to support the generation and delivery of quality biomarker samples and data for an oncology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop tools and dashboards for sample/data tracking and oversee operations related to samples and data integrity
• Utilize programming languages to clean and process data, and aggregate key information from operational reports
• Lead cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and resolve sample-related issues with labs

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, Perl, SQL, and MATLAB
• Familiarity with APIs, database and dashboard development, and Linux/Unix environments
• Experience in process development, project management, and vendor management
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to analyze sample interdependencies and manage project risks
