Job Summary

A company is looking for a Preconstruction Administrative Assistant (PCAA) to provide administrative and documentation support to the Preconstruction Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Preconstruction team, including document organization and maintenance
  • Assist with bid and proposal preparation, including compiling necessary documents and maintaining a Preconstruction Calendar
  • Utilize software tools to coordinate communication and maintain filing systems in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with construction software is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently
