Job Summary
A company is looking for a Preconstruction Administrative Assistant (PCAA) to provide administrative and documentation support to the Preconstruction Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Preconstruction team, including document organization and maintenance
- Assist with bid and proposal preparation, including compiling necessary documents and maintaining a Preconstruction Calendar
- Utilize software tools to coordinate communication and maintain filing systems in accordance with company standards
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with construction software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to work remotely and manage workload independently
