Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and documentation support to the Preconstruction Department, the full-time Preconstruction Administrative Assistant will assist with estimating, budgeting, proposal development, and bid coordination across multiple industrial and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to estimators and preconstruction managers, including maintaining preconstruction documentation
  • Assist with bid and proposal preparation by compiling necessary exhibits, narratives, and schedules
  • Maintain a comprehensive Preconstruction Calendar to track bid due dates and submission requirements
Required qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with construction software such as estimating platforms, Procore, and Bluebeam is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven preconstruction environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external vendors
  • Experience with data maintenance in estimating and project management systems is preferred
