Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and documentation support to the Preconstruction Department, the full-time Preconstruction Administrative Assistant will assist with estimating, budgeting, proposal development, and bid coordination across various industrial and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Preconstruction team, including managing documentation and communication with vendors and subcontractors
  • Assist with bid and proposal preparation by compiling necessary exhibits, narratives, and schedules
  • Maintain the Preconstruction Calendar to track bid due dates and submission requirements for multiple projects
Required qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with construction software such as estimating platforms, Procore, and Bluebeam is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven preconstruction environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with internal teams and external stakeholders
