Job Summary

Supporting the Preconstruction Department, the full-time Preconstruction Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and documentation support for estimating, budgeting, and proposal development while working onsite in Carrollton, Georgia.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Preconstruction team, including maintaining preconstruction documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with bid and proposal preparation, including compiling necessary documents and maintaining a complete Preconstruction Calendar
  • Utilize software tools for coordinating communication with vendors and internal teams, and support reporting and tracking of preconstruction metrics
Required qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with construction software is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with various stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven preconstruction environment
  • Experience in administrative support within a construction or similar industry is preferred
